Shipping + Returns
Delivery will be via Royal Mail or another courier (Hermes). The postage cost for UK customers is up to £4.50 and £9.95 for shipment to Europe, other costs apply to the US or Canada.
Please note that there may be a surcharge for Highlands and channel Islands.
We aim to process orders within 3-5 working days, with the exception of “made to order” items which could take 7-10 days. We will make every effort to ensure all products are in stock. In the event that we do not have your chosen product, we will contact you.
International Orders
This is available with the exception of lampshades and stuffed cushions. Cushions will be shipped without inners to avoid excess cost.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Estd25Atelier. If not we can offer a refund on any item with the exception of face and Eye Sleep Masks, as long as items are returned by:
trackable means
within 14 days of your receipt of goods
in original packaging, unused and saleable condition
with a copy of the order confirmation.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs for returned items.
